About Kelly
Kelly G. Hyndman is the owner of Paetent Services LLC. In 2018, Kelly retired as an equity partner from Sughrue Mion, PLLC in Washington, D.C. His practice with Sughrue began in 1995 and covered patent prosecution and portfolio strategy, technology transactions, opinions, and patent litigation, especially in software, electronics, semiconductors, networks, blockchain, fintech, and related technologies. Earlier work included software and systems engineering at Lockheed Martin and service as an Army officer.
Education: J.D., magna cum laude, Georgetown University Law Center (Order of the Coif); M.S., Computer Information Systems, Boston University; B.S., United States Military Academy at West Point.
